Work on yourself

How do you find the right person?

1. Be clear about what you want and what you don’t want. Remove the scarcity mentality; there are enough good people for you to make a good choice, and not settle, but if you don’t know what you want, you won’t know if it just walked by.

2. Be worthy of that person. Make a list of what kind of person you would have to be to attract the kind of person you say you want, and you have to work on yourself first. This idea of going after what you want almost never works. When you work on yourself and you’re happy, strong, you attract people to you, and it’s very different when you’re saying there aren’t any good ones, I’m getting older, and I don’t know what’s going to happen.
