Dale Carnegie has said, “You can make more friends in two months by becoming really interested in other people, than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you. Which is just another way of saying that the way to make a friend is to be one.”

Value is all about giving more to other people. Instead of being selfish, we can think win-win. As Stephen Covey has said, “Win-win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions.”

Become interested in other people, find what you can do for them, find a mutually beneficial solution, and work on capitalizing on those opportunities. Be a value-giver.
