As many of you know, I work with ComReal Miami. I am the Miami Warehouse specialist, so I have a very unique niche that ComReal Miami is amazingly good at working with since we have a team of warehouse specialists here.
Despite what I do, I get emails for other jobs because I’m considered a connector out here. I connect people to other people. I love being a master networker.
Today I received an email for a marketing job for Kohn Commercial through a friend. Kohn Commercial is a known company out here in Miami, and the President, Ronald Kohn, is also the Commercial President for the REALTORS Association of Greater Miami & the Beaches.

A commercial brokerage firm, Kohn Commercial Real Estate, has a part time job opening with their firm. The company is looking for an individual to assist with marketing and computer work. An individual should be able to use publisher or some other similar program to make brochures for listings and distribute information electronically to a company’s data base and different real estate web sites. It is a great position with extremely flexible hours.
