This is a simple set-up that doesn’t prevent procrastination but helps just a little bit with productivity, especially if you keep putting off tasks.

Wake up in the morning, and as part of your morning tasks (e.g. brushing teeth, showering, changing, etc) write down 3 tasks that you can or need to take care of today. The bottom line is to complete those tasks for the day. If you finish them early enough, write down 3 more tasks, but don’t stress yourself out too fast.
